WELCOME TO THE 2025 BERKELEY HALL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION CHARITY CUP

  Thank you for supporting the 2025 Charity Cup!!

There are many participation opportunities; to include sponsorships, golf, auction donations and purchases, dinner tickets, raffle tickets, and cash donations. The golf tournament is Oct 13th in a fun Par Is Your Friend Scramble format, with dinner & NO Corkage Fee, dancing and live auction following in the evening on the front lawn.

  1. Please choose one of the participation levels.
  2. Sponsorships -  Golf, Dinner and One Mulligan is included at different levels per below. If you wish to add dinners for additional guests, please select the Dinner Only box with the number of additional diners (cost is $225 a person).  If you know who you will be golfing with at time of purchase, please provide the names to Craig Herman at hermgolf@yahoo.com.  We will also contact you closer to the event for any update to your group. 
  3. Golfers - Golf Ticket Includes a Dinner and One Mulligan.  If you plan to golf and have dinner, and you bring a spouse/guest who is not a golfing to the dinner, please also purchase a dinner ticket for them. 
  4. If you want to pay with different methods (Example:  member charge for dinner but credit card for golf or sponsorship) Please complete a separate registration for each  purchase and choose your payment method. 
  5. Paying for registration with a credit card. Please note the Foundation is charged a convenience fee for credit card purchases and we hope you will consider covering the fee as part of your registration. If so, please click the box next to Include the Convenience Fee. 
  6. If you wish to pay for registration by 'Member Charge' or by 'Check' please put "MEMBER CHARGE"  or "CHECK"  in the 'Pay by Member Charge or Check' Box.  (Note: the $ will go to $0 but your registration will be processed for the option and dollars you chose).
  7. Cash Donations on the Registration page can only accept credit card payments. For cash donations paid by Member Charge or Check, please go to the Club website for the Foundation and use the Donate Now button.
  8. Raffle tickets are available as a single ticket or a multi ticket for 3 chances. (Two Night Stay at Thompson Hotel Savannah with Food Tour, Westin HHI 2-night Staycation & $250.00 Chophouse 119 GC, Private Tap Room Viewing Party for 12 includes Beer/Wine & Tailgate Themed Menu).
  9. After registering for the Charity Cup,  Dinner Seating is open on the Club Calendar to create your tables.
  10. You will receive a confirmation email after registering

Please note: As this is a charitable event, registrations and purchases will be considered a donation and non refundable in the event and you are not able to attend.
