Thanks to the enormous support of our members and community business partners, we were able to approve grants totaling $426,000 to the local non-profits listed below.
- Backpack Buddies of Bluffton - Backpack Buddies summer grocery program for low income children.
- Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen- Leave No Man/Woman behind program providing food for low income families.
- Bluffton Self Help - Market provides healthy, nutritious grocery items for low income families.
- Bluffton Jasper Volunteers in Medicine - Funds outside referrals testing and Boost Lingo for disabled/sick.
- Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton - For the Explorer Lead program for children.
- Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA) - School outreach program for abuse prevention.
- Deep Well - Livable Housing Home Repair program for housing homelessness.
- First Tee - Funds programming class cost for low income families.
- Hopeful Horizons - Funding for domestic abuse and sexual assault victims for abuse prevention.
- Hilton Head Volunteers in Medicine - Reduce surgery waitlist for Bluffton residents for the disabled/sick.
- Low Country Autism - Parents Respite Afternoon off for disabled/sick.
- Low Country Legal Volunteers - Partial funding for Executive Attorney's salary to obtain free critical legal services.
- Meals on Wheels - Funds 3,100 Hot meals and daily safety checks to elderly for elderly/infirm.
- Med-I-Assist - Medication and eyewear assistance for low income families.
- Memory Matters - Respite program Increase memory care adult day program expansion to 3 days a week for elderly/infirm.
- Neighborhood Outreach Connection - After school education and enrichment program for high risk students.
- Operation Patriots Forward Operating Base - Warrior Retreat program for PTSD for veterans.
- Outside Foundation - Kayak funding for 7th graders for children.
- Pockets Full of Sunshine - Programming costs for monthly activities for disabled/sick.
- Programs for Exceptional People (PEP) - Transportation services for disabled individuals going to the program for disabled sick.
- Second Helpings - Securing healthy food to local agencies meeting low income family needs.
- Special Olympics SC - Special Olympics bowling program for disabled/sick.
- The Children's Center - Supports the "formal" PreK education for 3 & 4 years old's.
- Vantage Point - Bluffton Veteran Leadership Transition Program for Veterans.
