- Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen- $25,000 For food and supplies to provide hot meals to vulnerable Bluffton residents
- Bluffton Self Help - $25,000 For learning and literacy centers education and $50,000 for case management software
- Bluffton Jasper Volunteers in Medicine - $25,000 For diagnostic laboratory and imaging tests for low income patients
- Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton - $25,000 For the Explorer Lead program
- Boys & Girls Club/Family Practice - $25,000 Funding after school care and summer care for homeless children
- Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA) - $15,000 Funding for abuse awareness and prevention education
- Childrens Center - $12,000 Funding child care tuition assistance for low income families
- Deep Well - $16,000 Funding home repairs for low income families
- Family Promise - $11,000 Funding to prevent eviction keeping families in homes
- Hopeful Horizons - $15,000 Provides funding of victims abuse location
- Hospice of the Low Country - $25,000 Funding a launch of a community home based palliative care program
- Low Country Autism - $15,000 Funding for parents night out
- Low Country Legal Volunteers - $20,000 Funding of legal assistance expense for low income families
- Meals on Wheels - $25,000 Acquiring and delivering hot meals and daily safety checks to elderly
- Memory Matters - $25,000 Funding memory screenings in low-income communities
- Neighborhood Outreach Connection - $25,000 Funding after school tutoring program for low income children
- Programs for Exceptional People (PEP) - $22,500 Funding drivers for disabled individuals going to the program
- Second Helpings- $22,500 Securing and delivering fresh produce to local agencies meeting low income family needs
- Vantage Point - $14,500 Funding Veteran and Partner/Spouse Transition Program
- Operation Patriots Forward Operating Base - $12,500 Funding a retreat program for veterans suffering from mental and physical ailments
- Outside Foundation - $3,000 Funding kayaking experience for middle school students as part of their science curriculum
