Seventh floor, 6 bedroom Oceanica Penthouse Condo located in Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, on the Pacific Ocean side of the country.  Easy access to the condo as it is an approximate one-hour drive from Liberia International Airport.  Best months to visit from a weather perspective are November to May as there is nary a drop of rain during this time with bright sunny skies.  Summer months are similar to Bluffton with increasing cloudiness and occasional afternoon thunderstorms.   

Oceanica is adjacent to the brand new Flamingo Marina with lots of fishing and pleasure boating/catamaran experiences available.  Plenty of high-quality dining options nearby and within walking distance including the famous beach-front restaurant/bar- Coco Loco. Playa Flamingo is famous for its white sand beach (most Costa Rica beaches have black sand), and gentle surf with ocean temps that allow for comfortable swimming year-round.  Our condo is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and provides absolutely breathtaking sunset views straight out from our terrace.

All dates in 2023 will be made available with the exception of: January 1 to 9,  January 28 to February 4,  and all December dates.  More blackout dates are possible based on new reservations.
